Neville Isdell is chairman of the Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company.
Under a leadership succession plan announced in December 2007, Muhtar Kent (then president and COO) succeeded Mr. Isdell as CEO (effective July 1, 2008), and Mr. Isdell continues to serve as chairman of the Board through April 2009. He is the 12th chairman of the Board in the history of the Company.
A native of Ireland, Mr. Isdell joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1966 with the local bottling company in Zambia. In 1972, he became general manager of Coca-Cola Bottling of Johannesburg -- the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa. Mr. Isdell was named region manager for Australia in 1980. In 1981, he became president of the bottling joint venture between The Coca-Cola Company and San Miguel Corporation in the Philippines, where he oversaw the turnaround and renewal of the Coca-Cola business in that key country.
Mr. Isdell moved to Germany as president of the Company's Central European Division in 1985. In 1989, he was elected senior vice president of the Company and appointed president of the Northeast Europe/Africa Group (renamed the Northeast Europe/Middle East Group in 1992) and led the Company's entry into new markets in India, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. In 1995, he was named president of the Greater Europe Group.
From July 1998 to September 2000, Mr. Isdell served as chairman and CEO of Coca-Cola Beverages Plc in Great Britain, where he oversaw that company's merger with Hellenic Bottling to form the world's second largest Coca-Cola bottler at the time, Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC). He retired as vice chairman of Coca-Cola HBC in December 2001. From January 2002 to May 2004, Mr. Isdell was an international consultant to The Coca-Cola Company and headed his own investment company in Barbados.
In June 2004, Mr. Isdell was elected chairman, Board of Directors, and chief executive officer of The Coca-Cola Company.
Mr. Isdell serves as chairman of the U.S.-Russia Business Council and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF). He is a member of the U.S.-Brazil CEO Forum and chairman of the Atlanta Committee for Progress. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Water Challenge and on the Board of Directors of General Motors Corporation.
Mr. Isdell received a bachelor's degree in social sciences from the University of Cape Town and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. In 2007, he received an honorary Doctor of Science degree from the University of Ulster. |

Tom Long

Tom Long is the president and chief commercial officer of MillerCoors. He is responsible for running all commercial functions of MillerCoors, everything that affects the marketing and sales of our beers.
Before this appointment, Tom was president and chief executive officer of Miller Brewing Company, a position he accepted in August 2006. He joined Miller in 2005 as chief marketing officer.
Before joining Miller, Tom spent 17 years at The Coca-Cola Company. Most recently, he served as president of its Northwest Europe Division. Prior to that assignment, he was president of Coca-Cola Great Britain & Ireland. He also previously worked for Gulf & Western, McCann-Erickson and Goldman Sachs.
Tom earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina and a master’s degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. He sits on the Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Club. |

Deryck van Rensburg

Deryck J. van Rensburg has 25 years of international business experience in leadership roles with The Coca-Cola Company, and formerly with Unilever PLC, which has seen him operating in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Greece, Romania and South Africa.
In 2007 Deryck was appointed President and General Manager of the Venturing & Emerging Brands Business Unit for Coca-Cola North America. Prior to this, he was President of the Company’s Germany and Nordic Division based in Berlin.
Deryck is responsible for identifying and developing the next series of $1Billion brands via importation strategies, incubating internal innovation and sourcing external growth through acquisition, entrepreneurial partnering and equity investment.
He holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Bath in England. |

Luis Duran

Luis Duran is the Vice President of International Markets at FEMSA Cerveza, a position he has held since 2002. He is responsible for all of FEMSA Cerveza's beer exports. Prior to his current assignment, he built a successful career within FEMSA as Director of North America, USA Sales Director, and Director of International Marketing over the past 13 years.
In addition to his full-time commitment at FEMSA Cerveza, Luis Duran has served as the Vice President of the Mexican Council of Foreign Trade (COMCE) and the Vice President of the Secure Trade Commerce Council. He also has held a seat at the board of advisors of non-profit organizations such as Mano Amiga, AC, Red Cross of North America, as well as various others charity organizations.
His previous professional experience in other industries include a sales executive position at La Opinion (Los Angeles, CA), the largest Spanish language newspaper in the US, and an international sales management position at Lamina Desplegada (Monterrey, MEX).
Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico and a Master’s degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona. |

David A. Peacock is president and chief executive officer of Anheuser‑Busch Companies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev. As head of the U.S. business unit—the largest business unit and leading volume and profit provider for Anheuser-Busch InBev—Peacock is responsible for the commercial success of Anheuser-Busch and managing all U.S. operations for the company, including marketing, sales, wholesaler relations and other aspects of the U.S. market.
Peacock joined Anheuser-Busch in 1992 and has served many roles in management, planning and marketing. He previously served as vice president of marketing for Anheuser-Busch. Prior to that role, he was vice president of business operations. He was instrumental in expanding the company's high-end product portfolio by gaining U.S. distribution rights for Bass Pale Ale, Beck's, Stella Artois, Czechvar, Fordham and Old Dominion beers, Monster Energy drinks, Icelandic Glacial pure spring water and BORBA skin balance waters, among others.
Peacock also directed operations for the president of Anheuser-Busch, Inc., and served as vice president of high-end brands of Anheuser-Busch, Inc., where he developed and launched the highly successful Michelob ULTRA beer brand and launched Bacardi Silver. He has held various positions in sales promotion, ethnic marketing and corporate media.
Peacock serves on the board of directors of Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., is chairman of the board of the St. Louis Chapter of the American Red Cross, and is on the boards of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce; Saint Louis University; Greater St. Louis, Inc., which is the economic development initiative of the St. Louis Regional Commerce and Growth Association, and the St. Patrick Center, an organization devoted to ending homelessness in St. Louis.
A native of St. Louis, Peacock holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and three children. |

Massimo F. d’Amore

Massimo F. d'Amore was named Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Americas Beverages in November 2007. PepsiCo Americas Beverages has a portfolio that includes Pepsi-Cola North America, Gatorade, Tropicana, all of the company's Latin American beverage businesses and the PepsiCo Food Service division in North America.
Previously, Mr. d'Amore was Executive Vice President Commercial for PepsiCo International, a position he assumed in November, 2005 after serving as President, Latin America Region for four years and SVP, PepsiCo Corporate Strategy & Development for two years. Mr. d'Amore was also Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Pepsi-Cola International (PCI), a position he assumed in 1998, and Business Unit General Manager, Turkey/Central Asia beginning in 1999.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mr. d'Amore had a 15-year international career with Procter & Gamble in Operations, Marketing and General Management in Europe and North Africa.
Mr. d'Amore is a native of Italy and an engineering graduate of the Swiss Polytechnic Institute in Lausanne, where he also earned a Master of Science Degree. He has lived in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Morocco, France and, for the last 14 years, in the U.S. He is fluent in English, Italian and French, and has a working command of Spanish and German. Mr. d'Amore has three children and resides in Westchester.
