Graham Mackay joined South African Breweries Limited in 1978, in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 1987 he was appointed Managing Director and in 1992 he became Chairman. He was appointed Chief Executive of South African Breweries plc upon its listing on the London Stock Exchange in 1999. The company acquired Miller Brewing Company in the United States and subsequently became SABMiller plc. He holds a number of Directorships, is the Senior Independent Non-executive Director of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc and joined the board of directors of Philip Morris International Inc. in October 2008. |

Massimo F. d’Amore is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Beverages Americas, PepsiCo's beverage brand company for the Americas, which focuses on the consumer through cutting-edge beverage innovation, R & D and marketing.
PepsiCo Beverages Americas has a beverage portfolio including Pepsi-Cola North America, Gatorade, Tropicana, all of PepsiCo's Latin American beverage businesses and PepsiCo's North America Food Service division. Massimo has led the beverage brand business for the Americas since November 2007.
Since 1995, Mr. d’Amore has held several positions within PepsiCo, including Executive Vice President, Commercial for PepsiCo International; President, Latin America Region; and SVP, Corporate Strategy & Development for PepsiCo. Mr. d’Amore was also Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Pepsi-Cola International in addition to Business Unit General Manager, Turkey/Central Asia.
Prior to PepsiCo, Mr. d’Amore had a 15-year international career with Procter & Gamble in Operations, Marketing and General Management in Europe and North Africa.
Mr. d’Amore is an engineering graduate from the Swiss Polytechnic Institute in Lausanne, where he also earned a Master of Science Degree in Materials Science and a post Graduate Degree in Developing Countries. He is on the Board of Directors and Steering Committee for Groupe d'Ouchy.
He was recently awarded a citation by the New York State Assembly for receiving the Burke Award, which acknowledged his sponsorship of PepsiCo’s employee diversity network that helps cultivate a more inclusive environment for people with different abilities. In 2009 he was honored by the National Italian American Foundation with its Business Leader of the Year Award.
Mr. d’Amore is a native of Italy. He is fluent in English, Italian and French and has a working command of Spanish and German.

Peter H. Coors is chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Company and chairman of MillerCoors. Pete is a native of the state of Colorado. He was born on September 20, 1946, in Golden, Colorado, and remains a resident of Golden today.
He graduated from the Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, N.H., in 1965, attended Cornell University where he received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering in 1969. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Denver in 1970. He also has received honorary doctorates from Regis University in 1991, Wilberforce University in 1992, and Johnson & Wales University in 1997.
Pete’s professional career in the brewing business follows a Coors tradition that has spanned more than a century and five generations of Coors family members. He has served in a number of positions at the company. In 2002, Pete was named Chairman, Coors Brewing Company and Chairman of Adolph Coors Company. In 2005, he was named Vice-Chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Company, and December, 2008 was named Chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Company. In addition, in July, 2008, Pete was named Chairman of MillerCoors.
Pete’s outside corporate board of director membership includes Energy Corporation of America. He is president and a trustee of the Adolph Coors Foundation and the Castle Rock Foundation. His numerous and diverse civic responsibilities include serving as a trustee and member of the executive board of the Denver Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and a member of the National Western Stock Show Association executive committee.
Pete serves as a board member of the University of Colorado Hospital and as president of the University of Colorado Hospital Foundation. He also is a member of the International Chapter of Young Presidents Organization, Johnson and Wales University Corporation, and the Denver Art Museum Foundation.
Pete is an avid outdoorsman. Active in wildlife conservation, he serves on the boards of several conservation groups. Peter is currently a national trustee and also is a former national president and chairman of Ducks Unlimited.
Pete is the son of Joseph and Holly Coors, and is a great-grandson of Adolph Coors, who founded the Golden brewery in 1873. He and his wife, Marilyn, have six children and six grandchildren. |

John McDonnell

John McDonnell has spent his career launching and marketing successful global spirits brands, first with Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, where he spent 18 years over seeing international sales and marketing efforts. He joined Patrón and was appointed to his current position in January, 2005. In this role, he monitors and manages the company’s day-to-day activities, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
John has helped the company grow from 340,000 cases to 1.74 million cases in 2009. He oversaw its international expansion into over 100 countries and islands worldwide. Recently he helped close the acquisition of an ultra-premium vodka, Ultimat.
In addition to his executive functions, John maintains a highly visible presence as a company spokesman, working proactively to further enhance its stature in the industry. He delivers a steady message of quality and leadership via business editorials in trade publications, in interviews with media channels, and through in-person presentations to distributor and retailer organizations. |

John M. Farrell is Vice President of The Coca-Cola Company responsible for global strategy. The Strategic Planning function leads the development of the overall strategy of the Company along with the global planning process. Mr. Farrell brings broad domestic and international experience to strategic planning, as he has held major operations roles in North America, Europe and Asia.
Mr. Farrell joined the Company's Bottling Operations in 1979, and then moved to Corporate Financial Planning and Policy.
From 1981 - 1989, Mr. Farrell worked in Coca-Cola North America (CCNA), where he held numerous positions in Bottler Operations and Fountain Sales. He was also Director of Business Planning for CCNA.
He then spent 10 years in Asia, first in region management in Japan and subsequently, as President of Coca-Cola China, based in Hong Kong.
From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Farrell was based in London, initially as President of Schweppes Beverages, where he completed the merger of that business into our Company in 2001. There he was the Director of Business Development and Strategy for Europe, Eurasia and Middle East.
In 2005, Mr. Farrell returned to Asia to lead the Corporate Strategy and Planning function for the Japan Business Unit.
Mr. Farrell has BS degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Virginia. A native of the United States, he also holds a dual citizenship from the United Kingdom. |

Seth Goldman is President and TeaEO of Honest Tea, the company he co-founded out of his home in 1998 with Professor Barry Nalebuff of the Yale School of Management. Honest Tea is the nation's best-selling organic bottled tea company, with products distributed through more than 30,000 outlets in every state, as well as overseas. Over the past twelve years the company has thrived with an annual compound growth rate of over 60 percent, as consumers have shifted toward healthier and more sustainable diets. In 2008, The Coca-Cola Company purchased a minority interest in Honest Tea, fueling further growth as Honest became the first organic and Fair Trade brand to move into the world's largest beverage distribution system. Recently, Honest Tea was included on The Better World Shopping Guide's list of "ten best companies on the planet based on their overall social and environmental record."
