E. Weatherup

Craig
Weatherup retired in January 2003 as the founding Chairman and CEO
of The Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG). PBG is a Fortune 200 company with
nearly $11 billion in revenue. The company completed an initial public
offering on March 31, 1999.
Craig began his career in 1974 as Pepsi-Cola Marketing Director for
the Far East stationed in Tokyo, Japan. He spent the next eight years
in international operations in a variety of positions. In 1982, Craig
joined the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group and was named President of the
division in 1986. Craig was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi-Cola
North America in 1990. In 1996, he was named President of PepsiCo,
Inc., and later that year, appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of Pepsi-Cola Company.
Mr. Weatherup currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Federated
Department Stores, Inc., Starbucks Coffee Company, The Arizona Nature
Conservancy and Carnegie Hall. He also is an active supporter of Arizona
State University, the Bishop's Fund for Children in Connecticut and
Tuskegee University.
Before
joining PepsiCo, Craig worked for General Foods Corporation. A native
of Syracuse, N.Y., he holds a bachelor of science degree in
accounting from Arizona State University. He enjoys hiking and reading.
Craig and his wife, Connie, have four children and live in Scottsdale,
Arizona, and the Adirondack Mountains of New York.

Norman Adami

| Norman Adami is president and chief executive
officer of the Miller Brewing Company. He was appointed to that position
in February 2003.
Throughout
his career, Adami has lived “the Able Challenger” mentality
that he is championing throughout the Miller Brewing Company. As such,
he has built a reputation for tackling tough issues head-on, and achieving
tough financial and management goals based on sound financial discipline,
uncompromising quality and very strong management and organizational
skills. As head of Miller Brewing Company, Adami is applying that expertise
to lead the revitalization of the second largest brewer in the United
States.
A true “beer man,” Adami has spent his
entire career in the beer industry. Before coming to Miller, he led
South African
Breweries
Ltd. Adami started at SAB Ltd. in 1979, and was quickly promoted to
a number of increasingly senior positions before ultimately being appointed
managing director in 1994. In 1995, he was appointed to the board of
SAB plc; and then in 2000, was appointed chairman of The South African
Breweries Ltd.
During the nine years he led SAB Ltd, Adami was credited
with growing the company’s market share in that country to
unprecedented heights.
In addition to serving as a member of the SABMiller plc executive
committee, Adami also serves on many corporate boards, including many
SAB subsidiaries. He is also a board member of the SA Foundation. In
addition, he currently serves as president of the Beer Institute, a
trade organization that represents the beer industry before Congress,
state legislatures and public forums across the country.
Milwaukee-based Miller Brewing Company is the North
American subsidiary of SABMiller plc, one of the world’s largest brewers. In 2005,
Miller is celebrating its 150th anniversary, the oldest major brewery
in America. Miller’s principal beer brands are Miller Lite, Miller
Genuine Draft and Miller High Life. The company imports Pilsner Urquell
and Foster’s and has craft brews Leinenkugel’s and Henry
Weinhard’s. Its portfolio of brands also includes Milwaukee’s
Best and Sharp’s, a non-alcohol brew. Miller produces Icehouse

T. Cahill

| John
T. Cahill is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Pepsi Bottling
Group, Inc. (PBG). He was elected Chairman of the Board in January
2003 and Chief Executive Officer of PBG in September 2001. Mr. Cahill
has served on the Board of Directors since March 1999.
Mr. Cahill joined
PepsiCo, Inc. in 1989 as Vice President, Corporate Finance and Assistant
Treasurer. In subsequent years, he served in a number of the company’s
divisions in a variety of roles.
In 1998, Mr. Cahill
joined PBG as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer,
where he played a principal role in the separation of PBG from PepsiCo
and the execution of the Company’s highly successful IPO in
March 1999. He also led PBG’s international operations, spearheading
the growth and expansion of these businesses leading to, among other
things, a dramatic turnaround in PBG’s Russian operations.
Mr. Cahill was elected PBG President and Chief Operating Officer
in August 2000.
Before joining
PepsiCo, he served as Chief Financial Officer for RKO Pictures. Mr.
Cahill serves on the Boards of Directors of the U.S.-Russia Business
Council and the Woodward/White Publishing Company, and the Industry
Affairs Council of the Grocery Manufacturers of America. He also
is the former Chairman of the National Soft Drink Association.

received an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration
and an AB in economics from Harvard College. |

Donald
R. Knauss

| Donald R. Knauss is president and chief operating
officer, Coca-Cola North America and Executive Vice President, The Coca-Cola
Company.
Donald joined the Company in 1994 as senior vice president of marketing
for The Minute Maid Company, and was named senior vice president and
general manager, U.S. Division in 1996. Don served for nearly two years
as president of the Southern Africa Division, managing the Company's
business in 10 countries of Southern Africa. He was named president
and chief executive officer of The Minute Maid Company in 2000, and
became president of the Retail Division of Coca-Cola North America
in 2003.
Prior to joining
The Coca-Cola Company, Mr. Knauss held a variety of positions in
marketing and sales with Frito-Lay, Tropicana and
Procter & Gamble.
He served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, and received
a bachelor of arts degree in history from Indiana University.
Don serves on the Board of Trustees for the United States Marine Corps
University Foundation and the Board of Trustees for Camp Coca-Cola.

Simon C. Thorpe

| Simon
C. Thorpe was chosen by Interbrew in 2003 to become the President and
Chief Executive Officer of Labatt USA.
At the time of his selection, Stefan Descheemaeker, Interbrew’s
zone president for U.S. and Latin America, said “Simon’s
U.S. experience, combined with his diverse international management background,
makes him an ideal choice for this very important role.”
Since
his U.S. appointment, Mr. Thorpe has been instrumental in guiding
Labatt USA through the Interbrew AmBev merger, presiding over the
dissolution of the joint venture between Interbrew and FEMSA and the
merger of
Beck’s North America and Labatt USA. Today, Mr. Thorpe is president
and chief executive officer of InBev USA, the new entity created
by the merger.
Mr. Thorpe joined Interbrew in 2002, as senior vice
president, worldwide marketing, responsible for driving Interbrew’s
global brands and working with local management teams to address
key development
opportunities around the world. Focused on building a world-class
commercial capability for Interbrew, Mr. Thorpe built an integrated
worldwide
commercial management team, introducing common tools and processes
currently being rolled out worldwide by the company.
Prior to joining Interbrew, he was division vice president,
international for Binney & Smith, a division of Hallmark, Inc., where he was
responsible for restructuring the company’s business in Latin
America, Europe and Asia, resulting in improved growth performance.
Mr. Thorpe has held a number of positions with American-based
companies including vice president marketing and vice president strategic
business
development with Kellogg Company, and in European commercial and general
management roles with Tambrands Inc., now a division of Proctor & Gamble.
He began his career in the U.K. with Unilever after receiving his Bachelor’s
Degree in chemistry from the University of Birmingham, England.
