Charles Gibb
Fever-Tree North America

Charles Gibb is currently CEO of Fever-Tree, North America, having spent the past 25 years in the beverage industry, working for Bacardi Martini, Diageo and Moët Hennessy. In this newly created start-up role, Charles is establishing the Fever-Tree USA team fom scratch, with the company officially starting up on June 1st 2018. It will be his 3rd start up experience, having previuously been involved in start-ups in Poland and Australia.

Charles spent eight years at Diageo, where he held a number of Sales, Marketing and General Management positions in Poland & Australia. He then joined Moët Hennessy at the inception of Moët Hennessy Australia, where he was recruited as Sales Director in 2003. After leaving Australia, he held the position of Managing Director, Strategic Development at Moët Hennessy Europe, before being elevated the role of global President of Belvedere Vodka in 2009.

Later that year Charles implemented the move of the Belvedere team from London to its current location of New York City. Under his leadership, Belvedere more than doubled in size, expanded into over 120 Countries globally and developed international partnerships with (RED) as well as the James Bond franchise. Belvedere was also awarded Vodka Producer of the Year on 3 occassions from 2015-17, whilst also reducing CO2 emmisions at the distillery by -42%.

Before joining the drinks industry Charles was an officer in the British Army, serving in Germany, UK and Northern Ireland.
